A recent study (Chen &amp; Wang, 2024) shows that companies using AI to augment their teams rather than replace them generate better stock market performance. Conversely, an organization with strong talent but no suitable infrastructure may hit a ceiling.<\/p><p>Recent studies have shown this clearly: AI-assisted R&amp;D, particularly using deep learning, is three to five times more capital-intensive than traditional STEM R&amp;D. color: #000000; font-size: medium; margin-top: 0cm;\" start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: normal; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><p><b>Rethinking one's HR strategy<\/b> to incorporate the complementarity between humans and AI ;<\/p><\/li><li style=\"margin: 0cm;
