Find out how our AI agent reduces the risks associated with your R&D roadmap in just a few clicks
A 360° view of your R&D risks
Developing a revolutionary product is a complex task. Are you sure you haven't overlooked any critical risks that could jeopardize your next round of financing? Are your mitigation plans solid enough to convince investors? What is the real impact of technical debt on your roadmap?
Our AI agent doesn't just analyze your risk register. It offers three complementary levels of analysis to help you move from reactive project management to evidence-based strategic steering that guarantees your company's future.
Assess the intrinsic quality and maturity of your risk register
Our first AI agent focuses solely on the document you provide. The agent performs a complete audit of the structure, clarity and completeness of your work to provide you with an instant diagnosis and concrete avenues for improvement. This helps you turn your risk register into a strategic asset to guarantee the success of your project.
What the AI agent does
Once you've uploaded your risk register (as a PDF file), our agent gets to work following 4 key steps:
- Step 1: Extraction and identification
The agent reads your document and automatically identifies each logical and distinct risk, even over several pages. It provides a complete list and an accurate breakdown.
- Step 2 Qualitative assessment
It analyzes the overall structure of your register to assess its maturity. It highlights strengths, such as the diversity of risks covered, and identifies weaknesses, such as lack of specificity in mitigation plans or gaps in the allocation of responsibilities. This helps you avoid blind spots and base your decisions on objective data rather than intuition.
- Step 3: Quantitative rating
Your register is scored out of 100 using a rigorous analysis grid. The officer measures 10 critical dimensions, including the clarity of links with project objectives, the quality of probability/impact assessments, and the assignment of risk owners.
- Step 4: Detailed classification
Each risk is then classified according to several strategic axes: its category (technological, resources, intellectual property, etc.), the nature of its mitigation (preventive or reactive) and the clarity of its responsible party.
What you get
In just a few moments, you'll receive a complete, usable analysis report, including :
- Immediate diagnosis:
An expert commentary that summarizes the quality of your current risk management and tells you exactly where to focus your improvement efforts.
- A performance score out of 100
An overall score and detailed scores for each dimension, enabling you to objectively measure your maturity and track your progress over time.
- A complete mapping of your risks
A dashboard that classifies and details each risk. You can immediately see the breakdown of your risks by category (for example, 46.7 % technology, 20 % intellectual property, 20 % resources).
- In-depth quality analysis
Clear indicators of your register's maturity. You immediately understand where your strengths and weaknesses lie. This helps you present an accurate and convincing risk analysis to your CEO and investors.
