Complete restructuring of a team's workflows, transition to a collaborative mode, and development of a new strategic direction for Transvalor Americas, the US subsidiary of a simulation software company. This initiative increased sales by 40 % in 15 months, and facilitated the transfer of the role to an internally-trained CEO, six months ahead of schedule.

Renewed the capability of a large multidisciplinary team from a major nuclear R&D program to carry out crucial demonstration tests. This contributed significantly to the ultimate success of this flagship research agency program, which lasted two decades.

Jérôme Gosset

Jérôme Gosset is a fractional executive director of R&D operations, specializing in developing and turning around the R&D performance of innovative companies.

He excels in turning around R&D organizations where teams are struggling to reach their full potential, and in developing new activities, teams and processes based on innovative technologies. In addition, Jérôme is able to lead complex strategic initiatives involving multiple partners.
