Repositioning AREVA's hydrogen activities from dispersed R&D to the development of innovative energy storage products, resulting in a world first with a grid-connected unit, global brand awareness and first sales.

Played a central role in the creation and initial phases of various start-ups such as McPhy and AREVA H2 Gen. These companies, which have benefited from additional investments totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, are currently advancing and commercializing cutting-edge clean energy technologies.

Complete restructuring of a team's workflows, transition to a collaborative mode, and development of a new strategic direction for Transvalor Americas, the US subsidiary of a simulation software company. This initiative increased sales by 40 % in 15 months, and facilitated the transfer of the role to an internally-trained CEO, six months ahead of schedule.

Renewed the capability of a large multidisciplinary team from a major nuclear R&D program to carry out crucial demonstration tests. This contributed significantly to the ultimate success of this flagship research agency program, which lasted two decades.

Jérôme Gosset
